Massachusetts Stretch Code

All new commercial buildings in the city of Boston over 100,000 sq. ft. (supermarkets,laboratories and conditioned warehouses over 40,000 sq. ft.) are required to demonstrate increased performance of 10% compared to the reference using ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2013 Appendix G (soon to be updated to 2016 version). It is highly recommended to hire professionals of energy modelling such as our team for these projects.
